Winco's Swing Away Arm CareCliner is a clinical patient recliner that provides valuable features which help improve patient access, the ability to effectively disinfect, and ease of use. Not only does the chair include many state-of-the-art features that benefit both the caregiver and resident, but it also provides unsurpassed comfort.
Trendelenburg Positioning
Changing the chair from a recline to therapeutic Trendelenburg position, with the feet positioned above the head, is easy. While the chair is in a fully reclined position, the caregiver can simply squeeze the bar located on the back of the chair and lower the head area. Because the chair uses a gas-assisted recline feature, it is easy to return to a neutral position when needed.
Swing-Away Side Arms
Swing-away side arms make transfers from beds or wheelchairs easy. With the ability to open the chair from the side, the chair is also eases cleaning and maintenance abilities. A foot operated latch at the bottom of the chair allows for the arm to swing out without the caregiver having to bend.
Durably Designed
The Winco Swing Away Arm CareCliner is built to last through heavy use in both home and health care facilities. Made with a durable powder coated frame, the geri chair includes internal side shields that protect the inernal reclining components.
Minimizes Shear Forces
The Winco Swing Away Arm CareCliner helps prevent and heal skin integrity issues with a Liquicell membrane layer that distributes pressure, preventing pushing and pulling from occurring on specific portions of the body. This feature is particularly beneficial for patients and residents who are going to be sitting in the chair for long periods of time.
Includes Side Trays
Easy-to-clean blow moulded side trays, located on both the left and right side of the chair arms, accommodate specific treatments and provide a place to hold personal items. When not in use, the side trays can be conveniently folded down and out of the way. A small molded lip on the side trays helps contain spills
If a Winco Swing Away Arm CareCliner is cancelled, a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred. If the geri chair was in production when the order was cancelled, 15% of the total value of the order will be added to that fee.
