Answer: Yes, the brakes on this rollator lock well enough to be sure that it won't roll out from under you when you sit down. The rollator is light enough that it could be pushed or nudged even with the brakes locked if you put some force into it.

Would this bariatric walker rollator from Invacare be safe to keep in my car or would the heat of the day be too much for it?

Answer: Yes, it would hold up in a hot car. The only part of the rollator that might be affected is the plastic seat cover, but it should not be a problem. It would have to be extremely hot.
