The AM-227 Two-Section Top Power Adjustable Treatment Table provides a stable treatment base with the added versatility of an adjustable top section. The two-section top is divided into two sections, the head section and body section, and the head section is adjustable up to 75 degrees for increased positional versatility which facilitates better treatment results. Both top sections have their own steel frames for added stability and a lifting capacity of 400 lbs, while the pivoting joints house hardened steel shoulder bolts with locking nuts for added durability.
The two-section top is padded with 1.5 inches of firm density foam for patient comfort, and is upholstered with 34 oz heavy duty vinyl. The vinyl upholstery is easily cleanable and coated with a Permablok 3 anti-bacterial glaze that protects the table top from common problems encountered through frequent skin contact of multiple patients such as surface build-up of bacteria and mold, staining, or abrasions. These two upholstered top sections also feature rounded, seamless corners for increased patient comfort and a sleek finish.
This table is fully height adjustable and is controlled via a convenient footswitch, enabling easy height adjustment from a maximum of 37 inches to a minimum of 18 inches without interrupting treatment or patient interactions. The base standardly includes a power-assisted caster system, but can be optionally switched out for a base with Four Total Lock Swivel Casters or a base with an additional 6 inches of clearance. Other accessories that can be added include an optional face opening that can be added into the head section, a pair of upholstered side rails for increased patient security, or a paper holder with cutter for easy clean-up and convenience.
